Jeremy Driscoll

Jeremy Driscoll entered the order of Saint Benedict in 1973 and was ordained as a priest in 1981. He studied patristics at the Pontificio Ateneo Sant’ Anselmo in Rome and since 1991 has been teaching early Christian theology there one semester a year; he teaches the other semester at the seminary of his abbey in Oregon. He published books of poetry and theological works, such as Theology at the Eucharistic Table (2003), A Monk’s Alphabet: Moments of Stillness in a Turning World (2006) and What Happens at Mass (2008).
