Ricardo Cayuela Gally

Ricardo Cayuela Gally is a writer and essayist. After studying Spanish and philosophy, he worked for various Latin American journals before starting the literary journal and opinion paper Letras libres in 1999, and becoming one of its editors. Cayuela published works such as Las palabras y los días (2008), a collection of works of Octavio Paz, and, together with Alejandro Rosas, El México que nos duele (2011). He also gained renown through his in-depth interviews with international intellectuals.
