Annette J. Verhoeven-Kooij

Annette Verhoeven studied at the Rotterdam Conservatory and graduated in musicology in Amsterdam. In 1983, she obtained a PhD with her thesis De gezelschapsdans in de opera’s van Giuseppe Verdi. With Fritz Noske, she published Herman Hollanders’ Concerti Ecclesiastici in 1979, and in 1990, she edited Sweelinck’s The Secular Vocal Works and Miscellanea.
