Arjen Gerretsen

Arjen Gerretsen studied law and philosophy. In 2012 he founded the Louis Bonaparte Society, a multidisciplinary society of young scholars, inspired on the Vienna Circle and the French literary cafés of old. He currently studies the relation between power and law as a student at the Legal Research Master of the University of Utrecht. In 2013 he won the Public Speaking Competition organised by Nexus Connect, with his presentation of his paper ‘Dr. Wellman, Pyrrhus, and the triumph of science’.
