Ineke de Vries

Ineke de Vries was president of the Humanistisch Verbond, a member organization of the International Humanist and Ethical Union (IHEU). Additionally, she is a member of the board of Human, a Dutch broadcasting service focussing on humanist traditions. In her research as a sociologist, she pays special attention to social policy, empowerment, citizenship and equality.
