Luc Devoldere

Luc Devoldere is a classical scholar, philosopher and general editor and board member of the cultural institution Ons Erfdeel. Devoldere published works such as Wachtend op de barbaren. Essays (2002), De verloren weg. Van Canterbury naar Rome (2002), Mijn Italië (2006) and Lucifers bij de brand. Notities (2009). His many contributions to cultural and literary journals argue in favour of merging the rich European cultural tradition with the innovations and challenges of modernity.
