Paul Frissen

Paul Frissen is a public administration expert. He obtained a PhD with honours in 1989 on the subject of bureaucracy and computerization. Frissen is a Professor of Public Administration at the School of Politics and Public Administration of Tilburg University, dean of the Netherlands School for Public Administration in The Hague and member of the Council for Social Development (RMO).
