Pieter Steinz

Pieter Steinz was director of the Dutch Foundation for Literature. After studying early modern history and English language and culture at the University of Amsterdam, he worked as a literary editor, and later as the director of the book section, for NRC Handelsblad. Among his publications are Lezen &cetera (2003) and Lezen op locatie (2004), and ‘atlas of world literature’.
