Where can I order tickets and other products?
Order tickets for Nexus activities, Nexus publications or a Nexus membership via our site. If you have any questions, please contact us by phone or email. We will be happy to help you.
I want to place an order online but do not have a password.
If you place an order via our site, you will automatically create an account. This account allows you (in line with Dutch privacy laws) to change your personal data.
If you have ordered something in the past year without creating a password or if you have lost your password, you can request a new password via this link.
Why should I mention my age when ordering?
If you order an under 35 ticket or a Nexus Connect membership, please do mention your age.
When will I receive my order?
If you have ordered a single Nexus publication, we will send it to you within a week. If you have ordered a Nexus membership, we will send you your edition of Cultura Animi as soon as it is published.
Tickets for Nexus events will be sent no later than one week before the event. If you order tickets within the same week as the event, you can get them at the Nexus desk at the venue of the event.
Payment
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Giropay, Belfius, Direct Net, Bancontact and KBC/CBC.
Why do I see a different price in my cart?
If you order a Nexus membership from another EU country, we have to calculate the local VAT rate. As a result, the cart total may be slightly different.
When will I receive my invoice?
You can find your invoice in your account. Log in to your account and go to ‘Orders’ in the menu on the left of your account dashboard.
Membership
What does a Nexus membership include?
As a Nexus member, you receive an annual edition in our Cultura Animi series. In addition, you can order discount tickets to Nexus activities and gain access to our online Treasury with video’s and essays. Please find the different membership options on this page.
When can I become a Nexus member?
You can become a member at any time. Your membership lasts a calendar year. For example, if you become a member in December, you will receive that year’s edition and if you wish to stay a Nexus member the following year, you will have to renew your subscription in January.
I don’t live in the Netherlands, can I still become a Nexus member?
Yes you can! You can become a member and receive our publications abroad. Please note that shipping costs and VAT rate depend on the country you live in.

How do I access the online Treasury?
If you are a Nexus member (Reader, Companion or Friend), log in to your account to access our online Treasury with essays and video’s.
