Antoine Bodar

Antoine Bodar is a Catholic priest and a writer. He studied history, literary studies, art history, theology and philosophy, and gained a PhD with honours in philosophy. Between 1978 and 2003 he was, intermittently, Assistant Professor in art history and aesthetics at Leiden University, and he presented various radio and TV shows, usually of a spiritual nature. He was ordained as a priest in 1992. Bodar is the author of Weten waar de muze woont (1998), Ik droom mij Europa (2007) and Uit de eeuwige stad (2008).
