Bernard de Montferrand

Bernard de Montferrand is a diplomat. He was ambassador in Singapore, the Netherlands, India, Japan and Germany. He has been chair of Platform, a foundation for contemporary art, since 2010. De Montferrand wrote works such as La France et l’étranger (1988), Défendre l’Europe (1999) and France-Allemagne: l’heure de vérité (2011).
