Donald Loose

Donald Loose studied philosophy and theology in Leuven and was a priest in Bruges. He is Extraordinary Professor of the Thomas More Foundation at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and Professor of Philosophy at Tilburg University. His research areas are philosophical anthropology, political philosophy and theology of modernity. Among his works are Nihilisme en transcendentie (2001), De God van de filosofen (2005, with A. de Wit) and The Sublime and its Teleology (2011).
