Marcel Poorthuis

Marcel Poorthuis studied music and theology. In 1992, he gained a PhD with a thesis on philosopher Levinas and became a lecturer at the Catholic Theological University in Utrecht. He has been Professor of Interreligious Dialogue at Tilburg University since 2011. Among his works are Een donkere spiegel. Nederlandse katholieken over joden (2006) and Van harem tot fitna.
