Ronald Asmus

Ronald Asmus was a diplomat and political analyst. During the Clinton Administration, he was spokesperson for Foreign Minister Madeleine Albright. In his many publications, among which Opening NATO’s Door: How the Alliance Remade Itself for a New Era (2002) stands out, he propagated a closer collaboration between the United States and Europe.
