John Ralston Saul
John Ralston Saul is a writer and essayist, and was President of PEN International until 2015. Among his works are Voltaire’s Bastards: The Dictatorship of Reason in the West (1992) and The Collapse of Globalism and the Reinvention of the World (2005). Saul also wrote five novels and is co-Chair and founder of the Institute for Canadian Citizenship.
