Robert Boyers
Robert Boyers began Salmagundi while still in university: a journal for the humanities and social sciences which contains essays for a general, educated and interested audience. He has been Professor of English at Skidmore College since 1970, as well as director of the New York State Summer Writers Institute. He also writes short stories. Among his publications are A Book of Common Praise (2002), The Dictator’s Dictation (2005) and the short story collection Excitable Women, Damaged Men (2005).
