Alberto Manguel

Alberto Manguel is a writer, essayist and journalist. He speaks many languages and lived in Argentina, Israel, Italy, England, Canada, Tahiti and France. Manguel is translator and editor, and the author of works such as A History of Reading (1996), Reading Pictures (2000), Into the Looking-Glass Wood. Essays on Words and the World (1998) and Todos los hombres son mentirosos (‘All men are liars’, 2008).
